The role

We ship real products fast. Some die. Some grow into companies. You build all of them.

You're not the engineer on one product. You're a Builder on the portfolio. The same squad ships every concept. We picked a modern stack so you spend your time on the product, not on the plumbing.

What you'll own

  • The product. Frontend, backend, workflow, data. End to end. Real users, fast.
  • Stack fluency. You know when to write code and when not to. You ship pragmatically.
  • Customer instinct. You watch real users use what you built. You iterate based on what you see.
  • The quality bar. The product works. It doesn't embarrass us. It doesn't need five caveats to demo.
  • Build-in-public. Share what you ship.

What you bring

  • AI-native daily flow is non-negotiable. Your Claude or Cursor is running right now.
  • Full-stack comfort. Frontend, backend, integrations, data, prompts. You work on an epic at a time, not individual tickets. You don't need a second engineer to be useful.
  • Speed bias. You believe shipping fast beats planning carefully.
  • Self-directed. Remote-ready. Hits deadlines without a manager checking in.
  • Has shipped a personal AI project that got real users (even small).

What you won't deal with

  • Six-month roadmaps for products that may never launch.
  • Three layers of PMs between you and the customer.

  • Being the tech lead of one product forever. This is a portfolio role.
