The role

Sharper AI Studios builds AI-native companies. Every concept that clears our gates needs a CEO. Not a manager. A founder.

You don't apply for a specific concept. You apply for the EIR pool. We match you to a concept that fits your domain. You take it from there.

What you'll own

  • Everything. Full P&L. Hiring, fundraising, product, GTM. The works.

What you bring

  • Founder or operator track record. You've built or scaled past $1M ARR, or run a $5M+ P&L.
  • You want to be a CEO for the next 7 to 10 years. Not a Builder. Not an advisor. A CEO.
  • Domain match. We match concept to operator, not the reverse. The right newco for you is the one where your background most accelerates the next 12 months.
  • Comfortable with founder-grade risk. Lower cash now, big equity, long horizon.

How this works

  • Residency. Time-boxed diligence period after we match you to a concept that's cleared our gates. Both sides decide. No idle EIR limbo.
  • Spinout. Newco incorporated. You take founder-grade equity. Studio stays on the cap table as your first board member.
  • Post-spinout. Founder economics. Your cash and equity are real. The product is real. The pilot customers are real.

What you won't deal with

  • Sitting in EIR limbo for a year. We match you to a real concept with real revenue or we cut it short.
  • Founder-in-residence theater. The concept is real. The revenue is real. The Studio cap table is real.
  • Building the product alone. You inherit a working product with a pilot customer base.
